What Are We Doing?
DvT is extremely fun to do, but very terrible to read about. In essence, it's a practice that started as a therapeutic method (and is still often used as such). The focus is different for everyone, but most people do it because they want to feel things (cue *millenial existential angst*), they want to have fun, be silly, and be in community. If you're interested in those things, you might like DvT.

Sorry. That makes sense. Usually we check in, we give you a brief intro to what DvT is as well as to a DvT-ish concept that we'll learn about, we teach you a bit about it, we discuss (briefly) the thing we learned about, and then we put it into practice through embodied play, and then we do a group. It feels sort of like therapy, but…
